  I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts
  prior to writing. I've had difficulty clearing my mind in getting
  my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first

  But, consider this, what if you wrote a catchier post title?
  I am not saying your content isn't solid, but what if you added a post title to maybe grab people's attention? I mean Spa &
